James has been writing software since 2001. Since then he has created applications for on many platforms including desktop, mobile, web and IOT. During his journey, he has learned the importance of Systems Design, how it affects the SDLC, architecture of an application and personal growth through Real-World Influence has a major impact on team development.  His career covers 20+ years of software development with over 17 of it in the healthcare industry at companies both large and small.

After being introduced to Agile Methodologies and its concepts, a Growth Mindset became one of the most prolific mantras adapted. Once self-actualization was attained, he turned his knowledge towards growing his teams and those around him. Now as a Lead Developer, his empowers his teams to reach their full potential.

Most days he can be found in front of his collection of BBQ grills or running trails in the Philadelphia area to work off what he cooks.
